Donald B. DINGWELL
was selected in October by the Mineralogical Society of America to receive the MSA Award.
Christine GESSMANN and Fabrice BRUNET
have received Paul-Ramdohr-Awards 1995 from the Deutsche Mineralogische Gesellschaft.
Hans KEPPLER
received the Gerhard Hess Award from the Deutsche Forschungs-gemeinschaft.
Andy Hsi-Tien SHEN
received the 1994 Mineral and Rock Physics Award from the AGU Committee on Mineral and Rock Physics.
Claudia ROMANO
received the SIMP (Italian Society of Mineralogy and Petrology) Award for her PhD thesis, September 1995, Venice, Italy.
